• Six Seated and Served Pairings – Oregon Artisan Cheeses and Local Craft Beers with appetizers, veggies, and breads catered by the Boulder Falls catering team
• Featured cheese makers include OSU Creamery, Helvetia Creamery, Portland Creamery, Ferns Edge Goat Dairy, Ochoa Queseria, and La Mariposa Artisan Cheese.
• Featured brewers include Conversion Brewing Company, Barsideous Brewing Company, Block 15 Brewing Company, OSU Brewery, Deluxe Brewing Company, and Pelican Brewing Company.
• Photo Kiosk to have your FREE memory photo taken in the Lutherfest biergarten.
• Vendor tables for more information, vendor swag, and to purchase select products (bring your debit or credit card).
• Theme gift baskets will be awarded.
• For the third year, the Lutherfest traveling trophy will be presented to the congregation bringing the most guests.

Who

Once again we welcome expert presenters from OSU to talk about craft brewing and artisan cheese making in Oregon. They will also introduce our featured brewers and cheese-makers.

• Dr. Thomas Shellhammer is the Nor'Wester Endowed Professor of Fermentation Science at OSU, where he leads the brewing science education and research programs. His brewing research investigates hops and beer quality and the origins of hop aroma and flavor in beer.
• Robin Frojen is the OSU Creamery and Cheese Pilot Plant Manager. She brings a wealth of experience from the research and industry side of dairy production.
